Gluten Free Onion Rings

Thanks to another awesome Minimalist Baker Recipe, the family and I enjoyed some Gluten Free and Dairy Free Onion rings for dinner.

Gluten Free Onion Rings Recipe – Minimalist Baker

I followed most of the recipe, but toned it down on some of the spices. I have small children and I wanted to make sure they would like them also. My two year old and four year old loved them.

After cutting the onion into rings I battered them with a mixture of:

Bob’s Red Mill Corn Starch, 22 Ounce (Pack of 4)

Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Yellow Corn Meal, 22 Ounce (Pack of 6)

King Arthur Flour Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour, 3 Pound

Then I fried them up for a few minutes on each side.

After I took them out of the pan, I let them sit on some paper towel for a few minutes and then, bon appetite!
