Avocados are a good source of vitamins (B&C) and monosturated fats. They’re high in calories but they’re full of fiber and they’re filling. 

How to make avocado toast

  1. Cut avocado in half
  2. Toast bread (gluten-free)
  3. Make shallow cuts in avocado so it looks like an ice cube tray
  4. Use a table spoon to scoop out avocado and spread evenly on toast
  5. You can to avocado with pepper, paprika, or just enjoy it the way it is
